Join Our Growing Team at Inspire Psychiatric!
Inspire Psychiatric is growing, and we're excited to welcome a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to our outpatient private practice in January 2027!
At Inspire, we're passionate about providing exceptional, compassionate, and personalized mental health care. We believe that outstanding patient care begins with a collaborative and supportive work environment where providers feel valued, respected, and empowered to make a meaningful difference.
As part of our team, you'll work alongside experienced psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, and therapists to provide comprehensive, individualized mental health care. You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with your patients while providing psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and ongoing treatment.
We're looking for more than just a qualified provider. We're seeking someone who is compassionate, enthusiastic, and genuinely invested in the well-being of their patients. Someone who values teamwork, embraces professional growth, and is excited to become an integral part of the Inspire Psychiatric family.
Why You'll Love Working at Inspire Psychiatric
We recognize that providing exceptional patient care requires more than clinical expertise. It also requires a supportive environment where providers have the time, resources, and encouragement to thrive.
At Inspire, we strive to create a workplace where you can enjoy a fulfilling career while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
- Collaborative & Supportive Team: Work alongside knowledgeable, compassionate colleagues who value teamwork, communication, and shared clinical expertise.
- Dedicated Administrative Time: Our providers have scheduled administrative time to complete documentation, manage patient needs, and attend to other clinical responsibilities.
- Gradual Caseload Development: We support a thoughtful transition into the practice, allowing you to gradually build your patient caseload rather than immediately taking on a full schedule.
- Hybrid Work Flexibility: Enjoy a combination of in-person and telehealth appointments.
- Professional Growth & Development: We encourage continuing education, professional development, and opportunities to expand your clinical interests and expertise.
- Comprehensive Administrative Support: Our administrative team assists with scheduling, patient coordination, insurance-related matters, and other operational responsibilities so you can focus on patient care.
What Makes an Ideal Inspire Psychiatric Provider?
We're looking for someone who shares our commitment to exceptional patient care and a positive, collaborative workplace.
- Strong Clinical Knowledge & Critical Thinking: You have a solid foundation in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment. You're a thoughtful, independent thinker who uses sound clinical judgment to develop individualized treatment plans.
- A Genuine Team Player: You value collaboration, communicate openly, and enjoy contributing to a supportive environment where colleagues learn from and help one another.
- Open to Feedback & Professional Growth: You welcome constructive feedback, seek opportunities to strengthen your clinical skills, and recognize that continuous learning is essential to providing excellent care.
- Compassionate & Patient-Centered: You build meaningful therapeutic relationships, listen attentively, and recognize the importance of understanding each patient's unique experiences, challenges, and goals.
- Confident in Your Clinical Responsibilities: Whether you're an experienced provider or newer to the profession, you understand the importance of clinical accountability, independent critical thinking, thorough assessments, and thoughtful treatment decisions. You also recognize when collaboration or consultation is appropriate.
- Passionate About Psychiatry: You genuinely enjoy working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges and are committed to staying current with psychiatric research, treatment recommendations, and best practices.
Above all, we're seeking someone who wants to be part of a team, takes pride in providing excellent care, and is excited to grow with Inspire Psychiatric.

- Full-Time Position with a Flexible Schedule: Our full-time providers typically work approximately 32–35 hours per week, including around 28 hours of direct patient care and 5–8 hours of dedicated administrative time. Most providers see patients four days per week, allowing for a balanced and manageable schedule.
- Gradual Patient Caseload Build-Up: We understand the importance of transitioning comfortably into a new practice. New providers may have the opportunity to begin with approximately two days per week during their first month, gradually increasing their schedule as their patient caseload grows.
