About the Role:

We are looking for someone special to join our team as a Patient Coordinator, someone who naturally brings warmth, organization, and positive energy into everything they do.

This role is an important part of our patient experience, and we are seeking someone who takes pride in their work and brings a thoughtful, high-touch approach to everything they do. We value professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail, and compensation will reflect the level of experience and skill the candidate brings.

You’ll be the person who:

Helps a nervous new patient feel at ease.
Keeps our providers’ schedules running smoothly.
Makes sure no detail falls through the cracks.
Creates a sense of calm in what can sometimes be a busy day.

What You’ll Do:

Patient Care & Connection:

Answer phones, texts, and emails with warmth, professionalism, and care.
Help patients feel comfortable, supported, and confident in their care.
Schedule and coordinate appointments for new and existing patients.
Navigate scheduling changes with ease and attention.

Organization & Administrative Support:

Create and maintain patient charts in our EHR system.
Collect intake forms and required documentation.
Communicate with providers within the EHR.
Coordinate with pharmacies and insurance companies.
Assist with scanning, e-faxing, and document management.

Team Support:

Work closely with a supportive team of providers and staff.
Help keep daily operations running smoothly.
Step in where needed with a team-first mindset.

Part-time: Mondays & Thursdays 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
